What Can Be Rented?

• Shallow pool
• Deep pool
• Water polo
• Large conference room

Reservation Process

• Reservation request required a minimum of two weeks in advance
• Complete form or email contact with information from form
• Payment required a minimum of 1 week in advance
• Roster of participants and chaperons required a minimum of 1 week in advance
• All participants must be a member or complete a waiver

Conditions of Use

• All participants must enter as a group at Main Customer Service Desk
• Plan arrival time accordingly
• Check in at Main Customer Service
• Ask Customer Service to contact a deck manager for escort
• All participants must be members or complete waiver
• Waivers and roster will be collected by deck manager
• We advise participants to bring all clothes and bags to pool
• Please ensure that any participants who will enter water take showers before using pool
• MIT lifeguard is required
• If large conference room is used, light decorations are acceptable
• Food can be brought into large conference room
• Host is responsible for cleanup of decorations and room

Additional Conditions for Youth Parties

• Event host must provide a 10:1 ratio of youth to adult
• Male and female adult escorts are required to locker rooms
