Jeremy Rock
Where are you from originally?
I grew up in Torrance, CA (about 25 miles south of LA). How long have you been working out? I’ve played sports as far back as I can remember (primarily baseball and water polo), but began going to the gym diligently my first year of college. What, or who, is your inspiration(s)? Without a doubt, my mentor Leon Chan. He is a superbly fit individual- physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and really serves as a beacon of vitality for all those privileged enough to know him. What are your fitness goals for the next 6 months? Year? Over the next six months to a year, I would love to increase my cardiovascular fitness and stay one step ahead of my friends at squash. Oh, and losing the love handles wouldn’t hurt either. What do you like best about Alumni/Wang?
The awesome staff, of course! What hobbies or interests do you have when you’re not at Alumni/Wang?
Wednesday nights (or any other night, really) at the Muddy interest me. As does motorcycle racing, squash, and getting a PhD!
