| Description |
Deliver professional and positive customer service at the Zesiger Sports and Fitness Center and/or the Alumni Pool and Wang Fitness Center. Customer Service Representatives will assist with the daily organization, data entry and processing of membership files, manage the daily distribution, collection and cleaning of the towel service, register patrons for memberships, locker rentals, daily passes, and Fitness and Aquatic Programs. |

| Description |
A high level of professionalism and expertise will be required of every lifeguard. In services and staff meetings are mandatory. Lifeguards will have the authority and responsibility to enforce all pool rules. Lifeguards will be trained to work in the Zesiger Sport and Fitness Center as well as at Alumni Pool. |

| Position: Aquatic Deck Manager |

Assist aquatic administration and organize the day-to-day operation of the aquatic office, including supporting the program needs of Learn to Swim/Dive, Water Fitness, SCUBA, American Red Cross Program and special events. Duties include answering telephone, in person customer service, administrative and public relations projects. |

This position requires the ability to instruct a variety of water aerobic classes as well as choreographing routines and coordinating music. The classes target the M.I.T. community. Shallow and Deep classes are taught. |

Demonstrated experience and nationally accredited certifications for specialty classes (triathlon training, running, massage, etc.). |
