Lunchtime Lift

Looking for a mid-day boost? An instructor will set you up and watch your form as you progress though 10 strength training machines in addition to incorporating aerobic exercise into the circuit; weights and seat settings will be recorded and kept in the fitness area so you can track your improvement.

Heart and Sole Running: 5K Training

Perfect for beginners or first time runners. Instructor reviews safety, clothing training methods for various goals, and helps develop a training plan adjusted for each individual's current running level. Run together during class sessions, use your training plan for the rest of the week Goal is to complete a 5K road race at the end of the class.

Heart and Sole Running: Half Marathon Training
For those who have competed Running 101 or are already comfortable running 2-3 miles, 3-4 times per week. Running instructor reviews advanced training methods for various goals, and develops training plan for each individual participant. Run together during class sessions, use your training plan the rest of the week. Goal is to complete a half-marathon (13.1 miles) at the end of the class.

Middle Eastern Belly Dancing
This class offers both an introduction to the art of Middle Eastern dance and a new and exciting way to workout. Spend each class learning, perfecting and advancing at the art of Belly Dancing. Classes are instructor led and will progress with the pace of the class.

Learn Massage

A licensed Massage Therapist reviews single and partner massage techniques to aid in tension relief, injury prevention, and relaxation. Instructor distributes informational handouts at each class for take home practice.

Capoeira Angola

This Brazilian dance/artistic format combines music and movement for a full body workout. Capoeira is a series of movements that are performed in a circle, referred to as a 'roda', where two people move rhythmically together.

Yoga For Seniors
You are never too old to start yoga. The practice of yoga improves posture, helps maintain joint mobility and calms the mind. In this four week class you are introduced to modified Hatha Yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques. Discover the benefits of incorporating yoga into your life.

Bridal Bootcamp
The date is set, dress is ordered, now you need a little extra intensity to your workouts to get you in tip top shape for you "big day." This class is the answer! Workout with an experienced instructor to give you the tools to succeed in feeling fabulous; using cardio, strength training, and core stability excercises.
