20/40/20 The ultimate class! 20 minutes of strength training, 40 minutes of cycling, and 20 minutes of core work. You will get a heart pounding, calorie burning, and core intensive workout - all in one! All levels are welcome, come early and grab a space! Class limit: 14. Advanced Step Teaches a creative, new approach to common step techniques. Group size limit:25. Aqua Box This class combines the resistance and buoyancy of the water with the intensity and strength of kickboxing! Each class will take place in shallow water and will be both a cardiovascular and muscular strength class. Class limit - 15. Body Sculpt (drop-in recreation class) Increase lean muscle tissue and metabolism. Offers a non-aerobic workout by incorporating a variety of resistance equipment. Group size limit: 25. Cardio Combo (drop-in recreation class) This class uses creative choreography to get your heart pumping and offers a total body workout. Fun for all fitness levels. Group size limit: 25. Cardio Funk Uses funk and hip hop style movements to get your heart pumping and your feet moving. After this class, you’ll be ready to hit any dance floor with the most up to date choreography and creative movement techniques! Class limit – 25. Cycle/ Core Challenge Cycling at its best! A 40 minute ride combined with 20 minutes of core strengthening exercises. A stronger and more balanced core will help kick up your cycle workouts to get your ready for the road! Class limit - 14. Group Cycling An incredible indoor cycling workout that teaches proper form, and interval and heart zone training. Group size limit: 14. Hatha Yoga Ease into your weekend with a relaxing yoga class on Friday afternoon. A variety of poses to increase flexibility, strength, balance and self- awareness. Class limit - 25. Latin Rhythms Latin Rhythms is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting, yet easy to follow class! It combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations making for a "feel happy" workout that is great for both the body and mind! Class limit: 25. Mat Pilates This class teaches traditional pilates workouts that can be done anywhere. No equipment needed. Group size limit: 25. Pi- Yo, Pilates and Yoga Fusion The strength of yoga combined with the flexibility and core work of Pilates. Class limit - 25. Pool Tools A fun and challenging class using hand buoys, noodles, paddles and ankle cuffs. This is fun and innovative class designed to for new or experienced exercisers! Think outside the box as you noodle surf to strengthen your core, mogul sky with ankle cuffs and do aqua push-ups to strengthen arms and upper back! Class limit - 15. Power Cycle 45 Start your day with an indoor ride that gets your heart pumping. An intense 45-minute workout for all fitness levels. Group size limit: 14. Power Yoga Yoga for all fitness levels. Learn and perfect poses to build flexibility, strength, balance, breath awareness and focus. Group size limit: 25. Rock Hard Abs Add a variety of exercises and intensity to your usual ab routine- and see results! Thirty minutes of this workout are dedicated soley to toning and strengthening the abdominal core muscles. Group size limit:25. Shallow Water Power Hour Provides a high-intensity workout using water resistance without the impact of traditional land classes. Group size limit: 15. Stability/Core Conditioning Get on the ball and get moving! This class challenges core and stability muscles through the use of a BOSU, Stability Ball, & Medicine balls. Offers a challenging and invigorating workout - but you’ll have a blast! All abilities welcome. Class limit- 12. Strictly Strength This class provides a full-body sculpting and toning workout. Workouts focus on all major muscle groups. Teaching focuses on proper form and technique. Group size limit: 25. Sunshine Yoga Finish off your week the best way possible - in yoga! Various techniques will be used in the classes with emphasis on flowing postures and breath awareness. Through basic yoga poses, participants will also work towards relaxation, mental clarity, and tuning in to their bodies. Class limit: 25 Vinyasa Yoga Teaches breathing techniques and movement through a series of poses designed to improve strength and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome. Group size limit:25. |
