1 Day Healing Qigong Meditation Workshop
Open to people of all ages seeking imrpoved mental and physical health through self - healing meditations, sounds, visualization, and play. Can improve many conditions including Asthma and many stress related illnesses such as high blood pressure, depression, ect.

Be Well Stay Well
Designed for those who are new to fitness and interested in learning how to improve personal health and wellness.  Each class is instructor led and geared toward teaching participants the key information needed to make healthy choices in nutrition, exercise, and stress management.  Every class includes an exercise component so participants can learn and burn – calories, that is – at the same time!

Group Training Instructional Fitness Forum

1 hour session, $50/Number of participants varies

Bring your group and learn from our fitness staff or allow us to come to your dorm, fraternity/sorority house or office. Certified instructors present general fitness, basic health and fitness, and exercise information in 60-minute sessions or can conduct a group fitness interactive class (for example; Hatha yoga, basic cardio class, etc.).
