Protein Packed Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip Recipe

This is a great evening snack to get something sweet in, but also fill you up before going to bed! This dish features plant-based protein sources (nuts & beans) and contains tons of fiber to help keep you fuller longer. You can make this for a snack during the week or serve it as an appetizer for a party! If you are a peanut butter & chocolate lover, this recipe is for you!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Cacao Powder 2 tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk (milk of choice)
1 – 15oz Canned Chickpeas (drain & rinse!) 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ cup Maple Syrup 1-2 dashes of Ground Nutmeg (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend together for 1 minute.
  2. Scrape down the sides of the food processor to collect all of the batter at the base, blend for another minute until smooth.
  3. Serve with apple slices, pretzels, or graham crackers!
