Protein Packed Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip Recipe
This is a great evening snack to get something sweet in, but also fill you up before going to bed! This dish features plant-based protein sources (nuts & beans) and contains tons of fiber to help keep you fuller longer. You can make this for a snack during the week or serve it as an appetizer for a party! If you are a peanut butter & chocolate lover, this recipe is for you!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Cacao Powder | 2 tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk (milk of choice) |
1 – 15oz Canned Chickpeas (drain & rinse!) | 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract |
¼ cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter | ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon |
¼ cup Maple Syrup | 1-2 dashes of Ground Nutmeg (optional) |
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend together for 1 minute.
- Scrape down the sides of the food processor to collect all of the batter at the base, blend for another minute until smooth.
- Serve with apple slices, pretzels, or graham crackers!
