Easy Dorm Room Workout
Short on time and space?
No worries, we have you covered. Check out this easy (but effective) dorm room sized workout. It uses up nothing more than a few square feet of floor space, and maybe a chair. Need to take it slow and easy? Each of the 6 separate moves can be scaled back (digression) to a simpler, easier exercise. Want to really challenge yourself?
