5 Day Office Challenge
5 Day Office Challenge
If you work at a desk or computer you may find that you are mainly sitting for the 8 hour work day. Sitting for long periods of time can lead to:
- Low Energy
- Slower Metabolism
- Compromised Posture
- Back and Spine Issues
In order to prevent these issues we have created a 5 Day Office Challenge to get you up and off your bum to get the blood flowing.
Monday | 5 for 1 (5 jumping jacks or high knees every time you open up your phone) |
Tuesday | 5 for 5 (do 5 squats or lunges every time you send 5 emails) |
Wednesday | 5 for 20 (do 5 jumping jacks, high knees, squats, or lunges approximately every 20 minutes) |
Thursday | 5 for 5 (do 5 jumping jacks or high knees every time you send 5 emails) |
Friday | 5 for 1 (do 5 squats or lunges every time you open up your phone) |
