5 Day Office Challenge

If you work at a desk or computer you may find that you are mainly sitting for the 8 hour work day. Sitting for long periods of time can lead to:

  • Low Energy
  • Slower Metabolism
  • Compromised Posture
  • Back and Spine Issues

In order to prevent these issues we have created a 5 Day Office Challenge to get you up and off your bum to get the blood flowing.

Monday 5 for 1 (5 jumping jacks or high knees every time you open up your phone)
Tuesday 5 for 5 (do 5 squats or lunges every time you send 5 emails)
Wednesday 5 for 20 (do 5 jumping jacks, high knees, squats, or lunges approximately every 20 minutes)
Thursday 5 for 5 (do 5 jumping jacks or high knees every time you send 5 emails)
Friday 5 for 1 (do 5 squats or lunges every time you open up your phone)
