See Inside our CrossFit One-X Class
If you have ever wondered just what goes on inside our CrossFit One-X classes here at MIT Recreation, this quick time lapse film will give you a sneak peek!
CrossFit can seem a little intimidating at first, but the truth is that classes are designed to help you, individually, reach your next level in fitness. Most sessions have a broad range of fitness levels represented. Each class is a new workout and a chance to see your skills improving. The community and camaraderie that forms over the course of each session not only makes it fun to be in the class, it motives everyone to perform their best!

ONE-X is a high-energy one hour class that includes a warmup, workout, and cool down. In ONE-X you will find all of your favorite movements and equipment: from burpees, box jumps, and wall balls to kettle bells, spin bikes, and jump rope. ONE-X is perfect for anyone looking for a fast-paced, non-stop, fun workout. You don’t need any prior fitness experience to join this class.
