First Week Fitness Festival

Are you ready to enter your Group Exercise era?

Try out our classes for free during our First Week Fitness Festival! Get a front row spot to take Yoga, Zumba, Cycle, Strictly Strength, and so much more. This is open to students, members, and non-members for free.

  • Dates: Monday 9/9 – Saturday 9/14
  • Registration: save your spot through the MIT Recreation mobile app or website
  • Tips and Tricks: Please reserve your spot in each class you would like to attend, check the class location, and arrive to class 5-10 minutes early with a water bottle and comfortable clothing. Make sure to check in with the Fitness Desk attendant upon arrive, or unregister if you can no longer make it! Email fitness@mit.edu with questions.
  • Set yourself up for success: Enroll in the unlimited monthly pass or purchase a package to continue taking your favorite classes for the rest of fall!
  • Additional Perks: check out the schedule below for some snacks, extra swag, and discounts!

Tabling Schedule

The following days and times, MIT Recreation will be tabling at the Alumni Wang Facility. Why stop by?

1: Get $10 off a 30 minute massage appointment if you book in person.

2: Each tabling time frame, at least 5 people will have a chance to win a set of resistance bands!

4: We can answer all of your MIT Recreation Fitness questions.
