Data-Applied Strength Training
Data-Applied Strength Training is a class for people of all comfort levels with lifting to incorporate technology into healthy strength training practices. Learn how to track and interpret your movement data using Enode, and how to make adjustments to your strength training using that data. Come and work with a Certified Personal Trainer in a group setting, whether you’re lifting for the first time, or want to optimize your strength goals.
