Between gatherings of friends, coworkers and families, it can be easy to run through all your usual holiday recipes quickly. Or, maybe you are drawing a blank on what to create for the next office party. No worries, we polled out staff for their absolute best recipe go-to’s for the season. Check them out below!
This simple and fresh tasting salad is a great addition to any holiday table.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large cucumber, peeled, cut in half lengthwise and chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Italian green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 Tbsp capers
- 1/4 cup green olives, chopped
- 1 tsp oregano

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Serve chilled.
This dish is so popular with our staff, it was suggested multiple times.
Ingredients:
- 1 large can of cream corn
- 1 large can of regular corn
- 1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup of sour cream

Instructions:
1. Drain the large can of regular corn
2. Mix everything together
3. Pour in a baking dish
4. Bake for 1 hour at 350
These tasty bars are easy to make and sure to be a hit.
Ingredients:
- 40 club crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- ¾ cup crushed nuts

Instructions:
1. Foil cookie tray and spray lightly with Pam & line with crackers
2. Boil butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes
3. Pour over crackers
4. Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes
5. Take out of oven and sprinkle chips and spread with spatula
6. Sprinkle nuts on top
7. Cool and let harden in refrigerator
8. Break into bite-sized pieces
