Info: FREE weekly workouts & tips designed to help you swim more efficiently in 15 minutes. Participants will record the number of laps they can swim in 15 minutes at the the beginning and the end of the challenge with a goal of improving their distance over the course of 5 weeks
Prizes: Participants who complete the challenge (record their distance at the beginning and the end of the challenge) will receive a MIT Recreation Water Bottle + 1 raffle winner will receive a FREE Instructional Swim Program.
