60 Days of Wellness ’24
Let’s face it, taking care of ourselves physically and mentally can be difficult around the holidays. Fortunately, the MIT Recreation team is here to help you finish 2024 strong with our annual 60 Days of Wellness program, starting on November 12th!
The program is divided into three themes: Starting Strong, Progress Makes Perfect, and Locking In. Each theme has a diverse set of challenges designed to help us focus on holistic health by emphasizing physical fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Here’s a sneak preview of a few challenges:
- Create at least one SMART Goal for yourself
- Hold a plank for one minute
- Eat the rainbow of colorful plant based foods
Why participate? You’ll have the opportunity to win some awesome prizes such as a virtual Nutrition Coaching Session, Massage Therapy session, Personal Training session, or entry into our Indoor Triathlon! In order to maximize your chances to win, you’ll want to do the following:
- Complete as many of the challenges as possible: each challenge is worth one entry into the prize drawing!
- Tag us on Instagram: each engagement with the @MITRecreation account is worth one entry apiece.
- Complete the post-program survey: take 5 minutes to submit feedback at the end of the sixty days to earn five entries! (will be posted by 1/6)
Print or save the challenge charts below, check off your completed challenges, and submit a picture of your chart (link will be posted on this page by 12/16) between January 11 – 16 to be eligible for the prize drawing. Give yourself the greatest gift this holiday season by investing in your wellness!
