Wellness Your Way brings MIT Recreation’s health and wellness professionals to you to get your group exercising, training, eating well, relaxing, and learning without leaving your home. Group Exercise +
Group Exercise
60 minutes | 20-25 participants (in person) | $95
Get moving right where you are with MIT Recreation Group Exercise Classes. Participants can choose from HIIT, Yoga, Zumba, Kickboxing, and Pilates. Class accommodate groups with up to 20-25 participants in person, 500 on Zoom. (Additional fees apply for large groups that would require an additional instructor)

Train +
Small Group Personal Training
30 minutes | 6-8 participants | $75
Work together to reach your personal goals by bringing MIT Recreation Personal Training to your workspace. This option is great for small groups or organizations that with individual fitness goals.
Large Group Personal Training
30 minutes | 30 participants | $95
Welcome MIT Recreation Personal Training into your workspace to help your group reach common goals. This option is great for groups and organizations that want to get moving during the workday through a variety of stretches and low-impact exercises. (Additional fees apply for groups with more than 30 participants)

Relax +
Chair Massage
5-15 minutes per person | $125 per hour*
Take a break and relax with MIT Recreation Massage Therapy. Chair Massage is a great option for a variety of spaces and provides an opportunity to relieve tension and help manage stress. *Pricing is per massage therapist for a minimum of 2-hours.

Nutrition Coaching for Performance
60 minutes | 100 max participants | $95
Explore a range of data, tips, and best practices on eating habits that help improve physical and mental performance for athletes. This option is great for teams and organizations training for sports or competition.
Nutrition Coaching for Energy
60 minutes | 100 max participants | $95
Explore a range of data, tips, and best practices on eating habits that help improve your energy throughout the day. This option is great for any organization.
How to: Create A Workout
60 minutes | 100 max participants | $95
Discover the elements that go into a balanced workout including strength, cardio, and flexibility training. Participants will leave this session with basic knowledge of exercise physiology, the FIIT principle, and ASCM guidelines. [Beginners]
American Red Cross Skills (Available)
Pricing based on certification preference and class size
Get certified with Professional or Community CPR/AED, Standard First Aid, and Blood Born Pathogen training.

Sail +
Group Sailing Events
4-5 hours | 20-40 max participants | $3500 for MIT groups and $4500 for non-MIT groups
The MIT Sailing Pavilion is offering Group Sailing Events run by our Co-Head Coach and staff to provide an excellent opportunity for teams to step out of their work environment and onto the Charles River to learn to sail against the Boston city skyline in our Lynx Catboats.
Participants will learn to sail, engage in group sailing activities, and will enjoy access to the Wood Sailing Pavilion’s roof deck with striking views of Boston’s Back Bay and Downtown city skyline. The adventure of sailing in this fast-learning program will give participants confidence in a short session. The shared experience of tackling new skills and mastering the art of sailing can foster genuine connections and appreciation between colleagues. This camaraderie often translates back to the office. MIT is now offering corporate and group sailing events during summer months and can work with companies and teams to schedule specific dates.
Programs run June 1st through August 24th and can be scheduled by contacting youngcl@mit.edu. These programs include sailing lessons and team building activities and use of the MIT Sailing Pavilion roofdeck for food and beverage or other meal options. For more information, click here.
