Madeleine Cary re-started her fitness journey after a devastating back injury led to her discharge from the US Army. When she returned home, she started working with a trainer and a physical therapist who helped her regain her strength and stability. When she saw how how transformational a trainer can be in someone’s life, she decided that this was an ideal profession to combine her passions for fitness and supporting others.
When not in the gym, Madeleine enjoys reading, listening to music, spending time with friends and family, and taking care of dogs. She also participates in the annual Pan-Mass Challenge ride for cancer research on a tandem bike with her twin brother, and is currently training for a Spartan Race.
Madeleine is certified through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and hopes to become a reformer Pilates instructor one day.
